Character limit increased for Recruit form definitions
The character limit for form definitions has been increased from 32,000 to 131,072.
Some customers have reported issues with Recruit Form Definitions exceeding 32,000 characters - the forms are failing to run. The issue is connected with the way the form definitions are stored as files and there is a work around:

Open the Form Definitions tab and select the Definition Name.

On the Form Definition page, select the Form tab.

Select XML Edit.

With the Form Definition Details displaying as XML, select Save.
This saves the form to the Form Definition record with the correct level of access permission.
The associated form should now run correctly.
