Completing an interview assessment
When an interviewer is assigned to an interview they receive an email with a link to an interview assessment form. The content of the form is controlled by the criteria to be assessed by the interview. Criteria are chosen for each stage of a selection process when configuring the selection process for a Vacancy.
- Use the questions as prompts during the interview.
- Complete the Ratings for each criteria by selecting the picklists and choosing a rating.
- Add comments for each criteria.
- Add overall comments on strengths, weaknesses and any other issues.
- Select Save.
