Sandbox email notifications are not sending

If you are testing a flow to send a notification in Sandbox with both:

  • The flow configured with From Email Address set to Current User's Email Address

  • A user with a .com.invalid email address

the email will not be sent.

If the flow works with the Sage Support user but not for other users try:

  • Resetting the employee's email addresses in the user record.

  • Changing the flow to use an organization wide email address.

Sandbox login is failing

Ensure you are using the login url:
