Send forms manually (HCM)

To initiate a form manually, or to resend a form to a team member:

  1. In the HR Manager portal, go to the Team Member tab.

  2. Select the team member who will be the form recipient.

  3. Select the Send Form button.

  4. From the Form to Initiate drop-down list, select the form you want to send.

  5. Select Send.

If the form has an email notification configured, this will be resent to the team member.
