Deploy forms in WX (HCM)

You can assign an HCM Form Definition to one or more policies. This enables any team members and managers allocated to those policies to start forms using the WX portal.

Note To be linked to an HCM policy, form definitions must have the Team Member object or the Employment object as the form's Link Relationship object. Forms linked to other objects cannot be allocated through policies.

When linked to an HCM policy, forms available for a team member or manager to start are accessible through the WX portal. The Forms section also lists forms completed for the team member, including those started by the team member and those started by the team member's manager.

To make forms available in WX using HCM policies:

  1. Assign policies to the form using the Policies tab.

  2. Enable Forms in your policies.

  3. Create a WX process for forms.

WX users can view and edit forms that have been started but not submitted, or forms that have been submitted but require approval from their manager. When a form has been submitted or approved, it can no longer be accessed by the team member in WX.
