Using the HR Manager portal

In the HR Manager Portal, Bank Details for each Team Member are displayed in a Related List on the Team Member's Employment Record.

  • Check the Bank Details Related List is displayed on the Team Member Employment Record. If not, you can add it:

    1. On any Team Member Employment Record Detail page, select Setup and then select Edit Object.

      On the Employment Record object details page, select Page Layouts and then select the layout where you want to add the Related List.

      Sage People displays the Employment Layout page.

    2. In the left panel, select Related Lists.

    3. Drag and drop the Bank Details Related List on to the page layout.

      The List includes a default set of column headings for the data to be displayed.

    4. Check the column headings include all the data you want to display.

    5. If you want to change the data displayed by adding or removing columns, select the Properties Icon: Properties icon on the Related List, and use the Related List Properties - Bank Details dialog to move fields between the Available Fields and Selected Fields lists. When you have finished, select OK.

    6. Select Save.

    Sage People displays the Employment Record Detail page with the Bank Details Related List added.
