From the Sage People Mirny Release of September 2017 Payflow has supported the upload of training data from an external supplier where Training Records existed for the targeted Team Members. Support has now been extended to enable new Training Records to be created for Team Members where none previously exist, enabling a typical workflow to run as follows:
- Team Members with no previous Training Records complete training modules on an external system.
- The external system generates a CSV file containing all data fields required for the Team Member's Training Record.
- The CSV file is exported to the Payflow SFTP site and imported to Sage People, with new Training Records created as needed.
