The Absence calculator was deprecated in Sage People Winter 22 release, but the buttons to trigger calculations remained available. The Y22.2 release changes the text on the buttons to Deprecated, and disables the calculator functionality. If you have not done it already, you need to set up Time Off calculator and remove the Absence calculator buttons.
Remove these buttons:

Absence Calculator and Comparison buttons on the Absences Related List in the Employment Record page layout.

Create Accruals button on the Absence Accrual Rule page layout
To remove the Absence calculator buttons:

Go to the Object Manager:

In Salesforce Lightning Experience, go to Setup > Object Manager.

In Salesforce Classic interface, go to Setup >App Setup > Create > Objects.

In the list of Custom Objects, select the Label for Employment Record.

On the Employment Record page, go to Page Layouts and for Employment Layout select Edit.

On the Employment Layout page in the left panel select Related Lists.

Go to the Absences Related List and select Properties

In the Related List Properties dialog for Absences:

Expand the Buttons section.

Move the buttons with the Deprecated label from the Selected Buttons panel to the Available Buttons panel.
This removes the Absence Calculator and the Comparison buttons.

Select OK.

Select Save to save your changes to the page layout.

Go to the Object Manager again:

In Salesforce Lighting Experience, select Object Manager.

In Salesforce Classic interface, go to App Setup > Create > Objects.

In the list of Custom objects select the Label for Absence Accrual Rule.

On the Absence Accrual Rule page, go to Page Layouts and for Absence Accrual Rule Layout select Edit.

On the Absence Accrual Rule Layout page in the left panel select Buttons.

Drag the Deprecated button from the Custom Buttons section to the holding area at the top.
This removes the Create Accruals button.

Select Save to save your changes to the page layout.
