Custom metadata
The Risk Mitigation Custom Metadata Type contains the COVID-19 metadata record. This record is used to configure the vaccination efficacy delay and start date.
-
Efficacy Delay: by default, this value is set to 14 days. The Team Member status becomes "Vaccinated" after the efficacy delay period has elapsed since the date of the last vaccination event where the vaccination status is "Full". Change this setting to adjust the period of time that must elapse before the Team Member status changes to "Vaccinated".
-
Start Date: this is the date on which the efficacy delay begins to take effect. Before this date, the Team Member status shows as "Vaccinated" as soon as a vaccination event is added where the vaccination status is "Full". For example, if you set the start date at 1-Feb-2022, then a vaccination event added for 31-Jan -2022 would mean that the Team Member status becomes Vaccinated without waiting for the Efficacy Delay period to elapse.
