Create a Salesforce site for forms
If a form needs to be accessed by external users such as pre-boarders, the form must be hosted on a public site so that users are not required to log in with their Sage People credentials. To make the form public, you must define a custom Salesforce site that is used to host your forms.
A single site can serve multiple forms, or you can set up multiple sites to host different forms.
The URL for your site is in the form: http://xxxx.my.salesforce-sites.com/yyyy
where xxxx
is your organization's My Domain subdomain and yyyy
is the URL path for your site.
To configure a remote site for forms:
-
Configure Visualforce page access for the site
-
Configure public access for the site guest user account.
