When competencies and indicators are in the library you can enter job profiles that use the competencies or indicators to assess each job type. You can use this functionality for complex competency models.
Add competencies or indicators one at a time to the job profile. Adding a competency uses all indicators within that competency. Adding indicators gives finer-grained control.
