If you have an existing Sage People Performance Management package installed in your org, you must make an change to the sharing settings before you can update to Performance Management version 7.12 or later.

Go to Setup > Settings > Security > Sharing Settings.

Select Edit.

In the Default Internal Access column, select Private for each of the following custom objects:

Conversation Participant
-
Conversation Subject
-
Enhanced Objective
-
Feedback Request
-
Feedback Response
-
-
Select Save.
The change to sharing settings can take some time to complete. When the change has completed, you receive an email to confirm.
