Setting up Performance Management
Your org can start using performance management features that the Sage People Performance Management package provides. Before you start, you have a few setup tasks for the entire package.

Enable Conversations. Enhanced Objectives and Feedback both require Conversations

Schedule the batch to maintain correct data sharing to HR Managers

Optionally, configure cross reporting manager access to Performance Management

When you’ve completed these steps, Conversations, Enhanced Objectives, and Feedback have other setup tasks.
