Setting up Performance Management
When your org wants to start using performance management features provided by the Sage People Performance Management package, you have a small number of setup tasks for the entire package:

Enable Conversations. Enhanced Objectives and Feedback both require Conversations.

Schedule the batch to maintain correct data sharing to HR Managers.

Optionally, configure cross reporting manager access to Performance Management.
