Setting up Performance Management

Your org can start using performance management features that the Sage People Performance Management package provides. Before you start, you have a few setup tasks for the entire package.

• Enable Conversations. Enhanced Objectives and Feedback both require Conversations

• Create a WX Process for Performance Management

• Schedule the batch to maintain correct data sharing to HR Managers

• Assign Permission Sets to users

• Optionally, configure cross reporting manager access to Performance Management

• If you're using custom email notifications:

  • disable the default Performance Management emails

  • configure email notifications

  • schedule the job to send email notifications

When you’ve completed these steps, Conversations, Enhanced Objectives, and Feedback have other setup tasks.
