Configure the privacy notice rejected email

When a user rejects the privacy notice, a "Your account has been deleted" notice is sent to the user's email address.

To configure the From address for the privacy notice rejected email:

  1. In Setup, go to Email Alerts.

  2. Click Continue on the Understanding Workflow screen.

  3. Select Edit beside the Send Rejection Notice alert.

  4. Select your organization-wide email address.

  5. Select Save.
