Candidate job alert regular

The job alert regular email uses merge fields to insert these values:

• Job alert name, as created by the candidate

• Total number of vacancies matching the alert conditions. If there are more than the value set by custom metadata setting Maximum number of vacancies in alert the see more link is displayed.

• Vacancy names matching the alert conditions. The maximum number displayed on the email is controlled by the custom metadata setting Maximum number of vacancies in alert.

• A see more link to open a browser tab and display a complete list of vacancies matching the alert conditions.

  Displayed when there are more matching vacancies than the value set by custom metadata setting Maximum number of vacancies in alert

• A delete alert link to open a browser tab and enable the alert to be deleted.

• A manage alert link to open a browser tab and enable the candidate to edit or delete the alert

The template also includes editable text strings.

The default email template ID is recorded in the Custom Metadata Type Candidate Portal Job Alert Settings, Regular Alert Email Template Id field.
