Inconsistent row results in a report

If you have inconsistent row results in a report, verify the report filters and run the report again.

Permanently delete the fields in Deleted Custom Fields & Relationships, as the system includes these in the record count.

Error about file formats when exporting a report

When exporting a report this error message is received: "The file you are trying to open, '[filename].xls', is in a different format than the specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file now?"

The warning message is simply a user notification function added to Excel that can help prevent unexpected problems related to potential incompatibility between the actual content of the file and the file name extension.

Select Yes as the file is from a trusted source.
