Making a Group Member an Administrator

A Group Administrator is a Group member who can edit the Group details, add and remove members, add and remove Administrators, and delete the Group in WX. The Group creator in WX automatically becomes a Group Administrator.

You can add Group Administrators in HR Manager Portal.

  1. Select the Groups tab.

    Sage People displays the Groups Home page.

  2. Select the Group where you want to add an Administrator.

  3. In the Group To Group Memberships Related list, select Edit next to the Team Member you want to make an Administrator.

    Sage People displays the Group Membership Details page.

  4. Select Is Admin checkbox and then select Save.

    The Team Member is now an Administrator who can maintain the group details and membership in WX.
