  • Creating and modifying Policies

  • Creating HR Departments

  • Amending the libraries used for WX:

    • Job, Job Description, Job Profile

    • Scales

    • Skills

    • Competencies

    • Metrics

    • Training

    • Work Location

  • Accessing all employee data.
