HR Managers are assigned to one or more HR Departments, and have access to all employee data for those HR Departments. This includes access to employee record data and below, including salary data. HR Managers can optionally modify any information held about Team Members in the HR Departments to which they are assigned.
For employees outside their assigned HR Department(s), HR Managers can view all data at the Team Member record level, which excludes salary data and other data at the employment record level.
