Workforce Insights | Licenses

Sage People Workforce Insights are built on the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform. Additional licenses are required to use CRM Analytics. Three license types are available. All licenses are assigned to users with permission sets: 

• Analytics View Only Embedded App

  • Enables users assigned this license to view existing CRM Analytics apps and dashboards.

  • Available for no additional cost.

  • Delivers the Analytics View Only User permission set.

• Analytics Platform (known as CRM Analytics Growth in Salesforce solution pricing)

  • Enables the creation of new CRM Analytics apps, dashboards, datasets, and recipes in Analytics Studio, using data from the org and other sources.

  • Incurs additional license costs on a per user, per month basis.

  • Delivers the CRM Analytics Platform Admin and CRM Analytics Platform User permission sets.

• CRM Analytics Plus (known as CRM Analytics Plus in Salesforce solution pricing)

  • Provides all the same features as Analytics Platform, and additional AI capabilities with Einstein Discovery.

  • Incurs additional license costs on a per user, per month basis.

  • Delivers the CRM Analytics Plus Admin and CRM Analytics Plus User permission sets.

To use Workforce Insights, your organization needs at least one user with an Analytics Platform or CRM Analytics Plus license, and Analytics View Only Embedded App licenses for any user who needs access to the dashboards. Analytics Platform and CRM Analytics Plus licenses incur an additional cost. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request CRM Analytics licenses for your organization.

The dashboards delivered in the Workforce Insights beta release are available to use with the Analytics View Only Embedded App license.
