Create a new candidate question library

To create a candidate question library to host one or more candidate screening questions:

1. Select the Candidate Question Library tab.

2. On the Candidate Question Library page select New.

   Sage People displays the New Candidate Question Library dialog:

   

3. Complete the fields as follows:

   Field	What to enter
   Question Library Name	Required. Text, up to 80 characters. Enter a name for the library to help you identify it in a list of libraries. Question Library Name is not displayed to candidates.
   Question Library Description	Optional. Text, up to 32,768 characters. Enter a description of the function of the library and why it might be used.
   Question Library Header	Optional. Rich text up to 32,768 characters. Enter text to display above the set of questions in a library.
   Question Library Footer	Optional. Rich text up to 32,768 characters. Enter text to display below the set of questions in a library.

4. Select Save.
