Changing the Internal Communication detail page layout
To change the Internal Communication Detail page layout:
- On the Detail page, select the Setup cog, and then select Setup > Edit Object.
- Select Page Layouts and then select the layout to edit, typically "Corporate Notice Layout".
- In the left panel of the selection box, select Related Lists.

Drag the Internal Communications Multi Filters Related List to the page layout.
- Select the Properties link on the Related List and add the fields you want to display. By default the Related List displays the automatically created Internal Comms Multi Filter Name in the form CNMSF-nnnn - not usually enough to help you identify the role of the Filter. By including the Team Member, Policy Group, Policy, and Group fields you can more easily see which control the Filter is applying.
- Select Save.
