Enhanced Objectives Related Lists in the HR Manager Portal
Sage People has two different types of objectives for performance management processes: Objectives and Enhanced Objectives. If you are not sure which objectives your organization uses, check out this comparison.
Role: HR Administrator
Sage People Summer20 release added Enhanced Objectives as a Related List to the Team Member records in the HR Manager portal.
If the Related List is missing, you can add it to the Team Member page layout:
- Go to Setup > Object Manager, or in the Salesforce Classic interface, Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects, and select the Team Member object.
- In the sidebar, select Page Layout, or in Salesforce Classic interface, scroll down to the Page Layouts section.
- Select the Page Layout to edit, or in the Salesforce Classic interface, select Edit next to the Page Layout.

In the top left corner, select Related Lists.
Sage People displays the objects available to be added as Related Lists.

Drag Enhanced Objectives to the Related Lists section, and then select Save.
- Repeat these steps for any other page layouts where you want to add the Enhanced Objectives Related List.
When viewing the Enhanced Objectives Related List, you can select an Objective to view its details. The following Related Lists are displayed by default for Enhanced Objective:
- Tasks
- Objective Watchers
- Objective Collaborators
- Conversation Subjects
- Aligned Objectives
If the Related Lists are missing, you can add them to the Enhanced Objective page layout:
- Go to Setup > Object Manager, or in the Salesforce Classic interface, Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects, and select the Enhanced Objective object.
- In the sidebar, select Page Layout, or in Salesforce Classic interface, scroll down to the Page Layouts section.
- Select the Page Layout to edit, or in the Salesforce Classic interface, select Edit next to the Page Layout.

- Objective Watchers

to the Related Lists section, and then select Save.
