Creating a feedback template

Role: HR Administrator

You can create feedback templates to enable Team Members and managers in your organization request feedback about their performance in a standard way.

To create a feedback template:

  1. Go to the Installed packages page:

    • In the Salesforce Lightning Experience, go to SetupPlatform ToolsAppsPackaging > Installed Packages.

    • In Salesforce Classic interface, go to Setup > App Setup > Installed Packages.

  2. Select Configure next to Sage People Performance Management:

    Sage People displays the Performance Management Configuration Details page.

  3. Go to the Feedback section and select Configure Feedback Templates:

  4. Select New Feedback Template:

  5. Complete the Template Information section as follows:

    Field Description
    Title A short description of the template, used in the template selector.
    Description A longer description of the purpose for collecting feedback, shown to recipients of the feedback request.
    Active

    Checkbox.

    Select to make the feedback template active to users.

  6. In the Question 1 section, enter the Prompt for the question.

  7. Select Add Question and enter the Prompt for another question.

  8. Continue adding questions until you have added all the questions you want in the template.

    If you change you mind about a question, you can continue editing the Prompts or select Delete Last Question to remove the most recently added question.

    You cannot edit the questions or their order after saving the feedback template.

  9. Select Save.

    Sage People saves the template and displays the Detail view. You can view the questions on the Questions Related List.

    The Feedback Requests Related List displays the feedback requests made using this template.

You can return to the Performance Management configuration page from the Feedback Templates list view by selecting Global Configuration.
