Setting up Action Emails for Feedback

Role: HR Administrator

You can configure Sage People to send emails in the following situations:

  • Somebody in the organization receives a request to give feedback

  • A Team Member or manager receives a response to a feedback request

Tasks to do: 

  1. Optionally, create an email template. You can use the standard templates provided by Sage People or create your own using the standard templates as examples.

  2. Create an Action Event Pattern.

    If you are already using Action Events for other processes, you can use an existing Action Event Pattern.

  3. Link the Action Event Pattern to a Policy.

    If you are already using Action Events for other processes and have linked your Action Event Pattern to Policies, check Conversations and Feedback are enabled in the Policies linked to the Action Event Pattern.

  4. Create the Action Events for feedback email notifications.

  5. Schedule Action Emails.
