Publish and activate your Candidate Experience portal

1. Go to Setup > Feature Settings > Digital Experiences > All Sites

2. For your Candidate Experience portal site select Builder:

   

3. On the Builder page select Publish:

   

   Sage People asks you to confirm:

   .

4. Select Publish.

   Sage People displays a progress message:

   

5. Select Got It.

The email confirmation sent to you includes a link to your published site. When publish is confirmed by email you are ready to activate the site:

1. Go to Setup > Feature Settings > Digital Experiences > All Sites

2. For your Candidate Experience portal site select Workspaces:

   

3. On the Workspaces page select the Administration tile:

   

4. On the Administration page select Settings:

   

5. On the Settings page select Activate:

   

   You are asked to confirm:

   

6. Select OK

When successfully activated you receive an email confirmation with a link to the active site. Use the link to visit the site.
