Ensure key component values are correctly assigned

Sage People Candidate Experience portal uses flows to automate parts of the application. Follow these steps to ensure the correct flows and variables are assigned to the components as listed in the table:

  1. Go to Setup > Feature Settings > Digital Experiences > All Sites.

  2. For the Candidate Experience Portal site select Builder:

  3. Select the Home page name to display the Pages tab:

  4. Select the page you need, for example, Apply.

  5. When the page is displayed select the component to display the component settings:

  6. Ensure the flow and variable assignments are as follows:

    Withdraw flow page APi name = Withdraw_Application

    Resume/Apply flow page API name = Apply
    Apply Flow Master Apply VacancyId = {!vacancyId}
    My Profile Flow Update Candidate
