HCM Reports and Dashboards
Sage People HCM includes a number of pre-defined reports and dashboards. You can use these as configured, or change them to meet your requirements.
Reports and dashboards are stored in folders.

Uncategorized additional dashboards showing key information about your HCM organization, including headcounts, training and development, salary planning, performance, and talent. |

Reporting Snapshots |
Reporting snapshots are used to create point-in-time reports showing items such as historical headcount and salary figures. |
Absence |
Absence reports show team member absences (such as vacation, sick leave, jury duty and so on), absence balance accruals, and Bradford scores. |
Headcount Reports |
Headcount reports show the number of team members in your organization, including details of new hires, managers, team member tenure, and demographic information. |
HR Admin Reports |
HR admin reports show information such as benefit enrollment, leavers, probation period, skills, and new starters. |
Performance Management | Reporting on Objectives, Performance Reviews, and Targets. |
Pulse Survey Reporting |
Pulse survey reports show results of your employee engagement surveys. |
Salary Planning | Salary and bonus analysis and projections, compensation and benefits analysis. |
System Reports |
System reports help you to analyze uptake and usage of the system, including user activity, summaries of your HR departments, public holidays, work days patterns, action events, and policy overrides. Includes some reports to assist with data integrity checking. |
Talent Succession Planning | Team Member age analysis and a range of reports derived from Talent Plan data, including performance, potential, and reasons to leave. |
Training Development | Analysis of competencies, skills and development needs for Team Members |
Turnover Reports | Reports enabling you to you to analyze employee turnover using a number of different bases. |
WX Reporting |
WX reports provide insight into current team members' potential, risk of loss, performance, and personal details. |
Supplemental Reports |
Uncategorized additional reports covering a range of further information. |
Turnover Reports |
Reports analysing employee turnover to help you gain insight into the reasons employees are leaving the organization, and providing an overview of attrition and employee satisfaction. Additional analysis of employee turnover over time is available in the Employee Turnover Report (WX). |
zSalesforce Reports | Native Salesforce sample reports are available in your organization for you to use or customize. Some of these standard reports are related to system administration, such as a leaderboard of user logins, a summary of custom reports, and details of active users. |
