Turnover Reports

Sage People Turnover Reports provide comprehensive analysis of employee turnover, drawing on team member data held in Sage People HCM.

Turnover reports help you to gain insight into the reasons employees are leaving the organization, and provide an overview of attrition and employee satisfaction.

Report	Description
NPS by Country	Results of your satisfaction survey by country. Includes a bar chart.
Leavers by Division	Breakdown of employees who have left in the last 12 months by division and business. Including: Name Function Country Team Start date End date % split Includes a bar chart.
Leavers by Tenure Range	Breakdown of employees who have left in the last 12 months by employment tenure range. Including: Name Tenure Country Leaver category Reason for leaving Total % split Includes a bar chart.
Attrition by Country	Breakdown of employee attrition grouped by country shown as a bar chart.
Satisfaction Results by Country	Detailed analysis of your satisfaction survey results, grouped by country and shown as a bar chart.
Leavers by Function	Breakdown of employees who have left in the last 12 months by function. Including: Name Business Division Country Team End date Includes a bar chart.
