Initiating the Consent Flow
You can only perform the Consent Flow once Sage People confirms the Sage side configuration is complete.
We'll let you know when all the setup steps are complete and you'll need to authorize the connection between Salesforce and Docusign. This confirms that Docusign can communicate securely with your Salesforce org.
-
To ensure a clean session, open a new browser window. Preferably in a different browser or in an incognito/private session
-
Next, paste the first URL you added to the Redirect URIs into the browser. For example, https://your-orgs-my-domain.my.salesforce.com/services/auth/oauth/DocusignServer
-
Replace your-orgs-my-domain with your own My Domain
-
Login with the credentials of the service account user ID you noted previously. If the User ID wasn’t the Service Account or yourself, you must perform that Consent Flow using the login credentials of that user
-
When you're prompted, click Allow Access
If the process is successful, the system redirects you to the Salesforce login screen or SSO sign-on page. You can then close the window.
