Handling files and notes

Most records have Files and Notes related lists for holding additional material not catered for in the fields that form the record, or in any of the other related lists.

The Files related list provides a secure way to store and share files as part of your Sage People organization. Sharing a file with another user sends a link to the file rather than sending the file as an attachment, so the recipient must have appropriate access rights to be able to view the file.

The Notes related list displays notes created with the dedicated Notes tool, enabling you to include rich text, lists, and images in notes, and to link notes to multiple records.
