Linking a Survey Confirmation Message to an existing Survey

  1. In the Sage People HR Manager portal, select the Surveys tab.

    Sage People displays the Surveys Home page.

  2. Open the Edit page for the Survey you want to link:

    • In Salesforce Lightning Experience select the picklist at the right of the page and choose Edit.
    • In Salesforce Classic select the Survey Name to display the Survey Detail page, then select Edit.

  3. On the Survey Edit page, select Completion Message Lookup:

  4. Use Lookup to find and select the WX Process Operation Message you want to use as a Confirmation message for the Survey.

    Sage People inserts the Message Name in the Completion Message field.

  5. On the Survey Edit page, select Save.

The message is displayed in WX each time a Team Member completes a Survey.
