Setting up Action Emails for Conversations

Role: HR Administrator

You can configure Sage People to send emails in the following situations:

  • A Team Member or manager adds a comment to a Conversation

Tasks to do: 

  1. Create an email template.

  2. Create an Action Event Pattern

    If you are already using Action Events for other processes, you can use an existing Action Event Pattern.

  3. Link the Action Event Pattern to Policy

    If you are already using Action Events for other processes and have linked your Action Event Pattern to Policies, check Conversatios is enabled in the Policies linked to the Action Event Pattern.

  4. Create the Action Events for Conversations email notifications

  5. Schedule Action Emails
