Performance Management includes Conversations, Enhanced Objectives, and Feedback.
If Conversations and Objectives or Feedback have been enabled for you and you have the permission to access Performance Management, you can access the Performance Management app from the WX menu, or from the Performance Overview process.
To access your Performance Management:
In the menu select the service hosting the Performance Management process, then select Performance Management or Performance Overview:
WX displays the Performance Overview Detail view. Content depends on how the process has been set up and can include sections for Details, Objectives and Performance Review:
When Enhanced Objectives, Feedback or Conversations are enabled for you, you see the Objectives, Conversations and Feedback panel.
In the panel, select View Objectives, Conversations and Feedback to access Enhanced Objectives, Feedback and Conversations.
Sage People displays the Performance Management app with your My Performance tab:
