Conversations enables Team Members and Managers to record feedback and discussions related to objectives and performance. Conversations is part of the Performance Management app with Enhanced Objectives and Feedback.
Conversations privacy
In the Performance Management app, the Conversations area and the comments in the conversation are visible to the Team Member, the Team Member's manager, and the Team Member's cross reporting managers who have access to Performance Management, if any.
If the Team Member's manager changes, the old manager's access to the Conversation and the comments in it ends and the new manager has access to new comments from the date of the change. To ensure confidentiality, by default the new manager does not have access to comments preceding the manager change. If access to previous comments is required, system administrators can change the dates for starting and ending access.
In the HR Manager portal it is possible for HR managers and administrators to view comments in Conversations.
