Viewing and awarding recognition

On the profile page for a team member, select the WX service hosting the Recognition process:

1. On the Recognition Detail view, select New:

   

2. WX displays the New Recognition view:

   

3. Use the picklist to select the competency you want to use:

   

4. Add the reason for making the award.

5. Select Save.
