Why are action event notifications for performance reviews not sending? 

Review all the details of the action event, particularly the Conditional Upon section. Try selecting just one of the options.

Can a form be triggered for an employee after they have been hired?

To send a form after an employee has been hired, you can use the following action event triggers:

  • Employment Record: Start Date

    The event is triggered when the employment record is created.

  • Employment Record: Start Date with an offset with the number of days. For example: 7 days

When setting up the action event, make sure: 

  • The email template used by action event has the form attached so when the action event is triggered, the form is sent.

  • The Action Event Batch job is scheduled.

If you need country specific forms, adding conditions based on the country in the action event configuration enables you to have the right form sent for each new hire.
