Actuals are the actual amounts made by the team member in pursuit of a target:
- Entered actuals, entered by the manager or HR manager. If configured, they can also be imported automatically from a linked finance system. Entered actuals are definitive amounts made by the team member, used for bar charts on the target home page, team member summary and in reports.
