Delete enables you to remove an entire record. Use this with care, and only to correct mistakes. Delete permanently removes all data for that Team Member. It is good practice to archive data for Team Members at regular intervals.

Deleting a Team Member record also deletes all the records associated with it, such as the Employment, Salary, Performance Review, and Absence records.

When you delete a record, it is available in the recycle bin for a period of time, 15 days by default. A record in the recycle bin can be restored. If you are an administrator in the org, you can access all deleted records in the org in the org Recycle Bin, as well as your own deleted records. Restoring a record from the recycle bin also restores the record's related records.
