WX produces a composite PDF including:

  • Indicators for each competency

  • Additional details

    Such as competency and objective scores

  • Manager and Self Comments on the Performance Review

  • Continuous Feedback

    Provided through the review period.

  • Current Objectives

  • Current Competency development goals

  • Current skill development goals
