Translations: key processes

Sage People uses four key processes to enable you to access labels, help text, process names and other text in the user interface for translation:

Translation Workbench gives access to the majority of user interface text in the HR Manager portal, but to achieve a fully localized experience, you also need tab and object renaming and if you are using them, library and scale languages:

WX uses the same user interface labels as the HR Manager portal, except for the WX Service and Process names:

For WX Service and Process names, the Service Page title and subtitle, and the Community Updates section title and subtitle, use the WX Process and Service name translation process. See WX Translations | Translating WX Service and Process names.

To find a label you see in the user interface, export a translation file from the Translation Workbench:

  • if you want to find an English label, export the source file.

  • if you want to find a translated label, export the bilingual files.

When your export has completed, search in the file for the user interface label to find the Custom Label name or related the Field or other Salesforce component. If you cannot find the label in the file, check tab names, and remember the localization options offered by library languages.
