Each Competency Library Item is associated with one or more Indicator Library Items, which can be localized. Formatting applied to the Indicator Library Item's Prompt field does not apply to the localized item's Prompt field.
Make sure you use the fHCM2__Prompt_v2__c.Prompt field for Indicator Library Items in your page layouts. This field, with the Rich Text Area field type, replaces the deprecated fHCM2__Prompt__c.Prompt field (Long Text Area field type).

On the Competency Library Item Detail page, in the Indicator Library Related List, select the Indicator where you want to add a localization.
Sage People displays the Indicator Library Item Detail page.
- In the Indicator Library Languages Related List, select New Indicator Library Language.

On the New Indicator Library Language page, complete the fields as follows:
Field Description Indicator Library Item The name of the Indicator Library Item where you are adding a language. Select Indicator Library Item Lookup 
, find and select the Indicator Library Item.
Locale Picklist. Select the Locale for the language. Indicator Library Language Name The name of the Indicator Library Item in the language of the selected Locale. Prompt The text of the Indicator Item's Prompt for the selected Locale. The Prompt field in Indicator Library Language is a text field. If you apply formatting to the Indicator Library Item's Prompt field, it does not apply to the localized versions. Description The text of the Indicator Item's Description for the selected Locale. - Select Save.
Repeat the steps for any other Indicators that you want to localize.
