Localizing Scale Responses

  1. On the Scale Detail page for the selected Scale, in the Scale Response Languages Related List, select New Scale Response Language.

  2. On the New Scale Response Language page, complete the fields as follows:

    Scale

    Select Scale Lookup Icon: Salesforce Lookup and select the Scale associated with the Scale Response.

    If you cannot see the Scale field, you can add it to the page layout. Go to Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects, or, in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Setup > Object Manager and select the Scale Response Language object. On the Custom Object Definition Detail page, select Edit next to Scale Response Language Layout, drag the Scale field into the layout and then select Save.

    Scale Response Select Scale Response Lookup Icon: Salesforce Lookup, find and select the Scale Response to localize.
    Locale Picklist. Select the Locale for the language.
    Label The localized text of the Scale Response's label.
    Prompt The localized text of the Scale Response's prompt.
    Description The localized text of the Scale Response's description.
  3. Select Save.
