Sage People has two different types of objectives for performance management processes: Objectives and Enhanced Objectives. If you are not sure which objectives your organization uses, check out this comparison.
As a team member you can delete a draft objective you have created before it has been approved by your manager.
As a manager you can delete a draft objective you have created for one of your team members before it has been confirmed by the team member.
Both options enable you to remove objectives you might have created experimentally or in error.
Need to delete an active objective?
You can only delete draft objectives in WX. After an objective is approved or confirmed, it cannot be deleted in WX. If an objective is no longer relevant, you can close it. Alternatively, contact your HR team for help with changing the status of an objective, or deleting an objective created in error.
